Regional ChaptersCreate Your Own Regional Chapter The Military Collectors' Club of Canada's mandate is to promote the hobby of collecting and studying history in Canada. This activity includes collecting military and historical objects, researching and more importantly sharing what you have found with fellow members. Meetings or Musters conducted by a Chapter are not limited to Club members only but are open to all militaria and history enthusiasts. Invite friends and family members to learn, share and enjoy. Calgary ChapterThe Calgary Chapter was founded in the spring of 2017 and registered as a non-profit under Alberta's Societies Act. The Chapter musters on the first Sunday of each month year-round. Musters are hybrid, combining online and in person participation via Zoom. The in-person portion is held at the City of Calgary Library's Crowfoot Branch in Program Room 2 commencing at 1:00 pm. Edmonton ChapterThe Edmonton Chapter of MCC of C has moved their regular monthly meetings to the Royal Canadian Legion, Norwood Branch #178, located at 11150 - 82 Street NW, Edmonton. Meetings are held in the boardroom from 1300-1500 (1-3pm). Meeting including a short business meeting followed by a "Show and Tell" and then an after meeting meet and greet, in the member's lounge. Southern Alberta ChapterThe Southern Alberta Chapter meets on the third Sunday of every month (Except July and August) at The Military Museums of Calgary, 4520 Crowchild Trail SW, Calgary, Alberta. Meetings are held in the Boardroom and start at 1:00 PM. Parking and museum admission are free. Coffee and treats are available. Following our business meeting and break, we conduct a mini auction of donated items and an interesting and educational show-and-tell session. So why not bring a few militaria collectables and donation items and join in. We are always looking for new Chapter members. Chapter membership dues costs $5.00 per calendar year, in addition to the National Club annual dues. All are more than welcome. Meeting attendance is not only open to MCC of C members and their guests but to anyone isnterested in militaria and military history.
